I knew that if I wanted to build a brand that truly respected the consumer, I couldn't rely on the broken, high-cost models that dominate the market today. I had to build a system that prioritized you—the customer—above everything else.

  • Precision Fulfillment: Through live CCTV integration, we monitor our major fulfillment hubs in Surat and Delhi in real-time. This allows us to track, triple-check, and ship orders instantly, minimizing error and ensuring total transparency for every shipment.

Why We Are "Prepaid-Only": A Commitment to Value

Transparency is the foundation of our trust. You may wonder why we exclusively utilize a Prepaid-Only model rather than offering Cash on Delivery (COD). The reason is simple: we refuse to pass the "RTO Tax" to you.

In the Indian market, the "RTO Tax" (Return to Origin costs from refused or fake COD orders) is a massive, hidden burden. Most retailers address this by artificially inflating their prices to cover the losses of returned packages. We believe that is unfair to the honest customer. By operating exclusively on a prepaid model, we eliminate that waste entirely, allowing us to pass 100% of those savings back to you through our rock-bottom pricing.
